Those are tools of very flexible non-woven cloth of nylon fabric in which abrasive grains are three-dimensionally distributed.
They are suitable for intermediate polishing operation between abrasive tools and buffs.
They are used for deburring, deluster, hairline and polishing and cleaning before and after plating.
Because the base fabric is nylon which has less resistance to heat compared to coated abrasive products,
they should be used at lower peripheral speed as 1500~2000 m/min. We have products of various types (structures) such as coated abrasive tools. |
