Standard type
Standard type is same design as our conventional products, weight saving by 15% by modifying of shape and materials is achieved.

Spiral type
Spiral type is ideal design, however mass production of this type is difficult. (Conventional wisdom)
Spiral arrangement was realized by our own core material design and forming technique.
By improving efficiency of deburring and polishing speed, high quality surface finishing can be achieved with less scratch.

Flap type
Flap type has similar brush arrangement to conventional flap wheels, but It is designed with the most suitable number of brushes for deburring.
Weight increase is kept within 1.5 times compared with standard type taking weight saving into consideration.

Super hard type (#150) |
|
Super hard type is Suitable for large size of chamfer, removing black scale of steel plate.
|
|
Hard type has improved durability while maintaining grindability compared to conventional type.
Recommended for application where polishing mark is small matter.
|
|
Medium type is designed with proper deburring performance and flexibility generating less polishing marks. All-rourd application.
|
|
Soft type is designed for application requiring no polishing mark by brush, however minimum deburring performance is assured.
